High-conflict co-parenting breaks down at the message level. Parents write while emotionally activated. Words become evidence. Tone escalates conflict. Existing tools focus on logging communication after the damage is done.

Calm Parents intervenes before the message is sent. It helps parents slow down, write more clearly, and communicate in a way that protects everyone involved, especially the kids.

I started Struo because I kept seeing the same problem.

Smart teams, real resources, clear ambition. And still, things would not hold. Decisions were getting made without the right frame. Execution kept breaking down. Advisors would hand over a strategy and move on before anyone understood how to run it.

The problem was almost never talent. It was structure.

Struo exists to build that structure. The operational layer, the product, the strategic clarity that teams need to actually move. Not as outside advice, but as a builder inside the work.

I have spent over a decade working inside organizations navigating high-stakes problems, including the Phoenix Children's Foundation, where complexity is real and the margin for error is small.
